Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Callwisp collects when you use our website and voice agent platform, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account information you give us, such as your name, email address, company and billing details.
Content you add to the platform, such as agent instructions, knowledge base documents and call flows.
Call data processed by your agents: audio, recordings, transcripts, summaries and call metadata such as time, duration and caller number.
How we use information
To provide the service: running your agents, transcribing and recording calls and producing summaries.
To bill you, provide support, keep the platform secure and improve its reliability.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your call content to train third-party models for others.
Your role as a customer
When your agents talk to callers, you decide what is collected and why. You are responsible for informing callers and obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction, including disclosure that a call is handled by AI and may be recorded.
Retention and deletion
Recordings and transcripts are retained for your plan's recording-history period and can be deleted from your account at any time. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted after closure, except where we must keep it by law.
Processors and transfers
Callwisp runs on infrastructure operated by Klassifier and uses carefully selected sub-processors for hosting, speech and AI processing and payments. Where data leaves your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
