These terms govern your use of the Callwisp website and voice agent platform. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Callwisp lets you build AI voice agents that hold phone and web conversations on your behalf. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure.

Acceptable use

You must not use Callwisp for unlawful, deceptive or harassing calls, unsolicited robocalls where prohibited, impersonation of real people without consent, or to collect sensitive data without a lawful basis. You are responsible for complying with telemarketing, recording-consent and AI-disclosure laws that apply to your calls.

Plans, billing and usage

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Minutes beyond your included allowance are billed at your plan's rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload and the call data your agents generate. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.

AI output

Agents generate responses automatically and can make mistakes. You are responsible for configuring, testing and supervising your agents, and for decisions you make based on their output.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in advance by email or in the app.
